This website does not host product accounts, conversations or a user database. Gliddi’s product is hosted separately under its EU data commitments.

Early-access signups

Signup is live. It happens through the email box on our home page, which also appears on our early-access page and at the foot of some other pages. When you enter your email, it is sent from that form straight to Brevo, our email provider in the EU, which stores the address and sends any early-access emails. No subscriber database or email relay runs on this website; it only passes your address to Brevo’s form.

Gliddi Mail address requests

The form on our Gliddi Mail pages asks for your name, the email address where we can reach you, the Gliddi Mail address you’d like and whether it’s for your team or just for you. You can also add your company or team, its size and the email tool you use today. We use these details to contact you about Gliddi Mail and the address you asked for. They are sent from that form straight to Brevo, our email provider in the EU, which stores them; nothing is stored on this website.

Website hosting

This website’s files are stored on Bunny storage in the EU (Frankfurt) and delivered through Bunny’s CDN, which may serve cached copies from edge locations worldwide. This website’s hosting should not be interpreted as carrying the product’s EU-only data guarantee.

Analytics and advertising

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service that sets no cookies and collects no personal data, to understand how this website is used. On our campaign landing pages we also use a Reddit cookie, only if you accept it, to learn how people find Gliddi and measure which campaigns reach teams like yours. Declining it does not affect using the site, and no other advertising or tracking is used.

We cannot confirm or disable all hosting-platform telemetry from this website’s code.

Contact and legal details

This website is operated by V Ventures Group, the company behind Gliddi. For anything about your data, including questions, corrections or deletion, email hello@gliddi.com.

How long we keep subscriber details

Your email address stays in Brevo for as long as you’re subscribed. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link; when you unsubscribe, we delete your details within 30 days. If you sign up but never confirm your email address (we ask you to confirm before you’re added), the unconfirmed details are deleted within 30 days. Gliddi Mail address requests are kept while we’re in touch with you about your request, and deleted within 12 months if it doesn’t lead anywhere.
