Where your data lives

Gliddi is being built with an EU-only boundary for product user data. The planned hosting is Hetzner in Germany and Finland. The hosting provider may change; the European data boundary will not.

How your data is used

Your workspace content is not used to train AI models. The service can read content to deliver its functionality, including future AI processing. We do not claim end-to-end encryption or zero-knowledge access.

Workspace boundaries

Workspace isolation and server-side authorisation are part of the architecture. Access checks belong on the server, so a workspace’s content is not made available to another workspace.

What we can confirm

These are product commitments, not an independent audit of a live deployment. TLS is part of the design. Encryption at rest has not yet been confirmed. Export, deletion and retention controls are designed capabilities; we will describe their availability when they are implemented.

We do not claim GDPR certification, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification.

This website is separate

This is Gliddi’s marketing website, not the product. Product accounts and conversations do not live here. Source code and marketing content are kept in GitHub.

Marketing hosting, visitor information and early-access signups have separate data flows. The product’s EU guarantees do not describe the hosting of this website.
